Returns and Exchanges:
The Only One Jewelry is completely confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may return the merchandise within 10days from date of purchase. The Only One Jewelry will gladly replace them or give you a full refund (less shipping & a $5.00 restocking fee) whichever you prefer. A small restocking fee of $5.00 and the shipping back to us is what you will be required to pay. The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund
** Merchandise must be returned in the original "UNUSED" condition in the manufacturer's packaging, with all tags still attached, and un altered. when sending us an email, indicate:
**The full name that was used when merchandise you are returning was purchased.
**The shipping address that we shipped the merchandise to.
**Your email address.
**Indicate to us the merchandise that you are returning and a short reason for the return.
** Upon receiving your returned order, we will refund you the price you paid for your returned item(s), less a $5.00 restocking fee per item returned, and less ground shipping charges of $6.99, or Expedited delivery of $32.99 to cover the shipping cost we paid to ship the original order to you. All shipping charges you paid are not refundable.
** Returned merchandise must be in New, Unworn and Unused Condition, and in the same original packaging . Merchandise must have all original tags and nylon fastener attachments attached to it, and tags must be un-altered, and not disconnected cut or damaged.
** The Only One Jewelry is able to tell when tags have been reattached with your own pricing gun. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours. No exceptions. We will Not Accept Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of use, or if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession.
** All jewelry pieces are thoroughly inspected before leaving the store to make sure that your jewelry is not damaged when you receive them.
Exchange Policy:
For an exchange to take place, you will first need to re-order your new items the same way you placed your first order with us. Once you submit your new order to us, we will ship your order out to you and also furnish you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) via email . This is mandatory for all exchanges.
Please, when sending us an email, indicate:
** The full name that was used to purchase the merchandise you are returning.
** The shipping address that we shipped the merchandise to.
** Your email address.
** Indicate to us the merchandise that you are returning and a short reason for the return.
Upon receiving your return order, we will refund you the price you paid for your returned item(s), less $5.00 restocking fee per item returned, and less and less all shipping cost we paid to ship the original order to you. All shipping charges you paid are not refundable.
**We will refuse unauthorized returns. The Only One Jewelry will refuse your returned package, and returned to you at your expense, if you do not email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA). In order for us to accept the package, the correct Return Authorization Number (RA) must be legible on the front of the package, and you must have a postmarked date on your package that is within 5 days from when we issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA)
** Shipping charges for exchanges will be at the customer's expense.
** The Only One Jewelry will not be responsible if the merchandise you ship back to us is lost in the mail. We strongly recommend that you use certified or insured mail, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
** If we ship a package to you and it comes back to us either as "Refused" or as "Undeliverable" due to a bad shipping address that was provided by the customer, you will have a choice of either receiving a refund for your purchase less shipping and handling charges, and a $5 restocking fee will be incurred for each item you have ordered. Also, if you received free shipping with your purchase a $6.99 shipping and handling charge will apply. Otherwise, you may choose to have us re-ship the package back to you at your expense. Once you have completed your shipping payment, we will re-ship your merchandise back to you. Please select the standard flat rate shipping charge.
** If we receive your returned merchandise in a damaged state due to bad packaging or due to the fault of your carrier, then you will need to collect damages from the carrier in question, assuming you shipped the package to us insured. We will not be able to issue a refund in this situation.
** The Only One Jewelry will not be held responsible under any circumstances for delays in delivery of your purchased merchandise and any associated damages, due to delays in carrier delivery, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, floods, fire, civil disobedience, lockouts, strikes, freight embargoes and acts of federal, state or local government. All authorized returns that meet Only One Jewelry Exchange Policy set forth above will result in an exchange, based on the exchange guidelines set forth above.
